Face painting workshops

…for beginners, intermediate and experienced artists.

The weekday sessions are run from 9.30am-2.30pm. They are held in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire (a 35 minute train journey from London, Euston). Workshops are run with a small group and include demonstrations and lots of hands on practice.

Beginners 1

See how it's done and try out the basic techniques to get you started. Zoë will demonstrate and help you learn your first few faces. It is a fun day being arty and you will go home with the skills to paint several face designs . No experience or artistic talent needed! (products provided and advice given on prefered products and tools to purchase).

Beginners 2

Remind you of your newly learnt skills, improving with each face. Add some more faces to your repertoire. Practice makes perfect.

Improvers 1

More useful tips and tricks to learn. Get expert tuition to improve your techniques and add some more face designs to your portfolio.

Themed workshops

- New tricks with brushes and sponges to learn your prefered theme or for a special event.

Fantasy make-up

Great for cosmetic make-up artists who want to learn more about different techniques working with water based make up. If you have no experience at all with these products, I initially recommend the beginners face painters workshop. Or just come to learn some great party make up such as animal print eye make up and UV designs for clubbing.

Body Painting Masterclass

Body Art workshops are great for experienced face painters and make up artists who want to try something new, and find different ways of using their skills. Weds 4th June being the next date for this rare opportunity. Observing, learning techniques then designing and creating your own bodypaint with individual instruction and photography session too in order to begin your bodypainting portfolio.

Family workshops

Get painted by the professional and then learn how to do it yourselves. Kids can paint their parents and we will take lots of photos for memories of a very fun day for all.

We find out what you want to get out of the day and direct the training accordingly. We assure that students leave with the improved techniques and confidence (whatever their experience) to get more out of their face painting or make up artistry. Please note: products are supplied, at beginners and family workshops only .

For groups of six, or more, our teacher will travel to a suitable venue (one of your homes, at your school or a local hall) and also receive a third off the price per person.
